your voice eternal pain
a hollow chest
where is your heart?

I've searched, alas in vain
who took it
with no second thought?
extinguished smile and laughter

I wish there was
a second chance
to light again your soul
to revive your heart

A flower blooms
for two full moons
and then it turns to fruit

A baby cries
a thousand nights
before asking for food

But ages come
and eons go
yet some things never change

A game of words
a flash of swords
a body growing cold

So many games
have gone unplayed
forever

Two spoons can take on the job of a knife and a fork, but two forks cannot take on the job of a spoon.

How lonesome are
the great blue waves
Who travel 'cross
blue seas

Naive
and unsuspecting
How really short
life is

Each single one
unique
In shape and form
and speed

Yet all of them
eventually
The same sad end
shall meet

So close to one another they
Yet join for briefest greets
Not more then once
Not even twice
For less then a heartbeat

Silently they sail the seas
Until they break ashore
Where sudden death
awaits their kind
The kind who'll
be no more
