Express to nowhere

Remind me please
Where are we?
And how
did we get here?

You said you wanted
something else
To see a strange,
new place

But we are going nowhere
Not what I had in mind
The land I know and love
is fading fast behind

Express to nowhere
The midnight shift
Let me off the train

We're going nowhere
And it is dark and cold
We are getting nowhere
and this is getting old

Conductor,
Let me off the train
Conductor,
Let me off the train
Let me off

Are we nowhere yet?
What is this strange place?
Darkness all around us
Full of emptiness

Let me out!

Enigma

Enigma (September 5th, 2009):

I looked into your eyes,
and there I saw a glimpse,
of fire, raging deep inside you
bright flames of silver, green, and gold

again I looked, and shivered
a sight to chill the soul
and freeze my spine and bones
for storms are dancing
flashing in your eyes now
you are to me a riddle
waiting to unfold

what lies behind
those untamed eyes
I wonder
your riddle I may never solve

as quicly as you came
you dissapeared
dissolving in the morning air
only your riddle left to ponder

and wonder, will I see you again?

Inaction

I see a moment passing by
to try? I think
or not to try?

Too late
it has already gone

Dissolving quickly
in the rain
I wonder,
will it
come again?

This dreadful question
comes to mind

Or was the moment
one of kind?
A precious one
forever lost
never to retuen

Are not they all?
I ask myself
A scary though
yet true

Moments

A moment lost
a moment found
this twisted circle
going round

So many moments
passing by
without hello
and no goodbye

There goes a day
a year elapsed
a blink, and suddenly
life passed

No Second Chance

Your eyes eternal solitude
your voice eternal pain
a hollow chest
where is your heart?

I've searched, alas in vain
who took it
with no second thought?
extinguished smile and laughter

I wish there was
a second chance
to light again your soul
to revive your heart
